Product Questions:

  • Can I use photos of other animals for my custom products?
    • Of course! In fact, it doesn’t have to be limited to animals at all. You got a kid, an aunt, a bird you want to use in your personalization? Let’s make it!
  • Do I have to add a phrase/text to the design?
    • Nope! If you want your design without any fun blurbs attached, that is totally doable. For the non-personalized (as is) products listed, just send us a note with your request. For personalized items listed, just state “NO TEXT” in the personalization box.
  • Is my photo good?
    • We advise you consult the photo guidelines provided before submitting your photo, however, the guidelines are just suggestions. We can work with the photo you share and will notify you if there are any discrepancies.
  • Do you offer pet memorial/remembrance items?
    • Any of our items can be re-created as a pet memorial gift. Just let us know which one you have in mind, and let’s make it!
  • Will I receive an instant download for the digital items?
    • Since most of our products, including the digital items, require some form of personalization, we would first process the order with your personalization, get your approval, and then send you the digital item via a link to a secure share drive folder, where you can then pick up your file and save it where you please.
  • Can I edit my order after purchase?
    • Contact us within 2 hours of your purchase with your order number to request a change to your purchase.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    • Contact us within 2 hours of your purchase to cancel your order.
  • Do you provide the receipt/invoice in the packaging?
    • No receipts are included in the packages.

 

Shipping Questions:

  • When will I receive my purchase?
    • Please consult the individual estimated shipping times for each product. They are conservative estimated shipping times based on the country of origin from which the purchase is being placed, relative to the manufacturing facility. For a general guidelines, the transit times are as follows (not including item order processing):
      • USA: 1-3 weeks
      • International: 2-4 weeks
  • Where do you ship your items to?
    • There are a few items that are restricted in some countries, but we generally ship worldwide! You can check to see if the item can reach you by consulting the estimated shipping for each item.
  • When will I receive tracking info for my purchase?
    • You’ll receive a tracking number after the item has been processed and the item has been shipped out. Processing times can vary by product and detail of the graphic design and text. We will send you updates and notifications throughout the whole process.
  • Can I change my shipping address after making the purchase?
    • Yes, you can change your address within 2 hours of making your purchase by contacting us with your order number.
  • If I purchase more than one item, will they all arrive in one package?
    • Since we work with more than one print provider, it’s possible that your items may arrive separately, on separate dates and in separate packages. You will be notified of this in your tracking info. Rest assured, if your items are shipped separately, they are at no additional cost to you!
  • Will I be charged customs and import fees?
    • It is possible that the product you are purchasing is being shipped out from outside of your country of residence. Please be mindful that this may incur customs fees depending on the destination country and the policies of such country. The fee may vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You as the customer are responsible for these potential fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the end customer and are in no way paid back to our shop. If you experience any issues with your order as a result of customs duties/fees, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help you in any way we can.

    Returns & Exchanges:

    • What is your return policy?
      • Due to our unique products being custom made-to-order, we can't officially offer returns/refunds, but we do offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. You can find it here.
    • My purchase arrived damaged. Now what?
      • It’s rare, but it could happen. If so contact us, and we’ll offer you a replacement free of charge!
